The goal is to conduct at least four community events or workshops every 3 months.
I will monitor the number of attendees and gather feedback via surveys or post-event follow-ups to assess whether participants have increased awareness or plan to seek care.
Distribute at least 10,000 flyers, brochures, or other printed materials annually.

Social Media and Digital Mental Health Campaigns will concentrate on offering educational materials and developing digital channels for people looking for mental health assistance and Utilize platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, which are popular among older adults and underrepresented communities, to share mental health tips, success stories, and service availability.
Focus on tracking likes, shares, comments, and click-through rates.
Aim for an engagement rate of 3-5% on educational content.
Track website visits, phone calls, or inquiries made due to social media efforts.
Set a goal of at least 2,000 conversions in the year.

The goal is to have at least ten new partnerships with local healthcare providers or government organizations throughout the year.
Aim for at least 100 referrals from these partners by the end of the year.
4. Telehealth Services and Online Mental Health Support: This area will focus on accessible virtual mental health services and resources, specifically for older adults, African Americans, and Hispanics.
My goal is to aim for 1,000 telehealth consultations over the year.
Another goal is the retention rate of clients using telehealth services, with a goal of 60-70% continuing to access services after the first consultation.
