For Event registration, I will focus on tracking the number of attendees at community workshops, health fairs, or outreach events.
For sign-in sheets, I will focus on following up with attendees after the event to gauge their level of interest and engagement.
For Event Surveys, I will focus on distributing short surveys at the end of each workshop or event to capture attendee demographics and satisfaction levels.
Digital and Social Media Campaigns: I'm going to employ social media analytics to monitor engagement metrics like click-through rates, likes, shares, comments, and reach.
I will track the number and duration of visits and other related information for website analytics.
Collaborations with Governmental Organizations and Local Healthcare Providers: I will focus on referral tracking by doing referral logs and follow-up surveys.
Regarding Referral tracking, I will focus on working with healthcare providers to establish a system for tracking referrals from partner organizations to your services.
Regarding Follow-up Surveys, I will focus on conducting surveys or interviews with clients who healthcare providers referred to gauge their experience.
Telehealth Services and Online Mental Health Support: I will implement Telehealth Utilization Tracking, including Appointment Scheduling Software, Follow-up Surveys, and Client Retention Rates.
For my Appointment Scheduling software, I will focus on scheduling tools to track the number of telehealth appointments booked, the number of consultations conducted, and the completion rate of initial consultations.
For Follow-up surveys, I will gather feedback on the telehealth experience, satisfaction with the service, and likelihood of recommending the service to others.
For Client Retention, I will track how many individuals continue using telehealth services after their first session.
Advocacy and Storytelling: I will track the number of times your organization is mentioned in local or national media outlets.
